I had a fantastic experience at this bike shop! They repaired my bike perfectly. The staff is highly professional, friendly, and clearly very experienced. They took the time to explain everything with patience and detail, and I felt confident that my bike was in great hands. The service was fast, efficient, and done with real care. We drove all the way from New Tampa to purchase our new Aventon e-bikes. I bought a Pace 4 off the floor and Tracy ordered a large frame Pace 500.3 for my husband which we picked up 7 Days later. We found Miguel and Tracey very pleasant professionals to work with and would recommend their shop to others.

Wife is wonderful Miguel isn’t that great. He forgot about our bikes texted the wrong number and gave me the price of 104.99 when we picked up the bikes the price changes to 150. It was through text so unsure how it changed drastically especially since this can’t be a miscommunication over the phone or accent problem. We had texted him several times about the bikes. He didn’t even remember what kind of bikes they were. He gave us the wrong prices so we’re gonna look for a different bike shop....

Great place for service and rental of bike(s). Many quality bikes for sale at good prices. We rented a bike and damaged it and were charged a low price to repair, more than fair, in fact shockingly cheap! I would highly recommend this location for any bike needs.

How convenient to have a bike shop on a bike trail!! Scott at Citrus Park Bikes was very proficient, handled my repair and let me know right away when it was ready to pick up. I did not get a chance to meet the owner of the shop but I can say it is very well managed and maintained! I appreciated their service so much!
