I received excellent service here. After experiencing a front tire blowout on my bike while visiting Miami from Washington D.C., and being turned away by another shop, finding this place was a relief. I appreciated the professionalism and great service. My tire was changed very quickly, and was back on my way in no time. I truly appreciate this shop for getting me squared away.

Best prices in town, very friendly staff. It was quick and easy to manage the rental process, we got the bikes which worked well + locks and even baskets on the bikes. If we ever come back we will rent from this company only. Highly recommended.

The best place in South Beach for bicycle and e-bike repairs! I’ve taken mine here over four times to fix different things, like replacing a full wheel, changing brake pads, or for a general check-up, and they are truly efficient. I want to highlight the excellent service from Charles & Alex—they’re very helpful and also speak Spanish. I live in Downtown, but I keep coming back here. It’s more expensive than other places, but it’s absolutely worth it!
