Arrived in Miami Beach for a one month vacation, planning on a lot of riding with my high-performance bike.The rear derailleur was sadly in pieces from transport The bike shop went overboard to locate a hard to find part As well as discuss with the Shimano Headquarters in California, what parts could be substituted to make the repair they overnight shipped the parts and had my bike fixed as fast as humanly possible. Don’t think any bike shop could do BETTER !! They saved my vacation.
