Such a great experience — especially thanks to Adam! We did the Segway tour with Bike & Roll Miami, and our guide Adam was truly wonderful. My mom is 70 and had never been on a Segway, and while she never quite got fully comfortable, Adam was endlessly patient, calm, and reassuring the entire time. We took the Segway 2 hour tour and had an amazing time! Gabriel was our guide and he was professional, friendly and helpful. He gave us some great information about Miami Beach that we wouldn't have known otherwise. The highlight of the tour for me was seeing the hotel that Scarface was filmed at. We had an amazing Segway ride around Miami Beach, and it was easily a 5-star experience. Our tour guide Adam was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole tour fun and easy to enjoy. He explained everything clearly, made sure everyone felt safe and confident, and shared interesting facts along the way. The route was beautiful and a great way to see the area. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience, and we would highly recommend this tour, especially with Adam as your guide.

We went on a tour early September this year (2024). Our tour guide was Gabe and he was knowledgeable, friendly and we aren’t really bike riders. We rode pedal assist bikes that helped us get around in the heat. Gabe knew a lot about every stop we made and all of the stops were good photo opportunities as well as somewhere to rest in the shade. Highly recommend Gabe and Bike & Roll Miami.

Rented bikes for the day and rode across 7 Bridges to Wynwood Walls, Museum Park, and Bayfront Park. Great day for a ride. We had prebooked, and were charged, for e-Bikes. Decided to switch one of the rentals to a regular bike. In asking for a partial credit on the rental difference of ebike/reg, Gabe said he would take care of the credit. We never did get the credit, hence the 3 stars for customer service
