Trek Bicycle

🚴🏾‍♀️ So happy we have this beautiful bike shop right here in our neighborhood! Manager Keith and salespeople Daiquan and Isaiah were super helpful and patient. I haven’t ridden my bike in several years (after having a few kids). They tuned and cleaned my bike and were very communicative. We look forward to joining Keith on weekend rides this spring! Highly recommend this location.

I brought my cargo eBike here since I was having issues with my front brakes. They fixed them while I waited so I didn't have any downtime (even got to pop over to Lidl while I waited!), which was great since I use my bike daily for my commute. In general, they promise all work will be done within 24 hours, so I plan to come back for my maintenance needs!

Keith and his team took time to explain all of the work and options and answer all of my questions. Excellent customer service and quality work. My bike is much improved after the tune-up! Also great communication (text, etc.) and quick turnaround. I've had other bike repair experiences that were straight-up stressful, so I was glad that this one was easy and stress-free. Great store, great customer service, and great location!

We have used their services a couple of times. We needed our son’s bike chain repaired and when we got him a new bike for Christmas, we brought it here for assembly. The turnaround service was quick and all of the employees here are professional and nice. We will continue to use Trek Bicycle for all of our biking needs

Had the very best experience here!! I am new to the cycling world and Michael was SO helpful!! He went above and beyond to explain everything to me and answer all of my questions. I would definitely recommend this location!
