The service aspect of King Electic Bikes is excellent. They replaced the battery to my electric scooter in less than a week, and it had to be ordered. Now on the flip side, I purchased a used Apollo Scooter from them 2 months prior with a full reassurance that the scooter was in great condition and had plenty of life left. That did not happen. An excellent place if you are looking to rent some bicycles. They have many options ranging from singular to the ones with kids seats, to double kids seats and more. The electric bikes they have that can carry two kids in the back are amazing. Can cycle without any effort, almost like an electric scooter. This option is also cheaper compared to an Uber or rentals that are paid by the minute (like the ones you find randomly on the streets), especially if planning to use this way of transportat...

Bought the scooter from them. Have had it repaired for basic wear and tear since I have had it for almost one year. Convenient to my work. Helpful. Large selection and I would buy from there again.

What a great shop for electric bikes. They did a great job working with me on tire replacement, and sourced a pair that are far better than the stock ones I was having issues with. Every interaction was friendly, honest, and frank, and I came away knowing more about my bike. The prices were extremely reasonable too. My bike now rides better than when it was new, and King is now my go-to bike shop when I'm in D.C.
