The repair shop is helpful and patiently explains everything that needs to be done, which I appreciate, because I do not know how to make technical repairs myself and am not well-versed in all of the parts of my e-bike. I also really like that the repair shop answers my questions and gives multiple solutions to issues to work with a customer’s budget. Best to call ahead to ask about the shop’s availability for bigger issues and tune-ups but I’ve also been helped day of with a flat tire before...

This is, without a doubt, an absolutely amazing bike shop! About a month ago, I bought a road bike here, and the staff were incredibly friendly. I had some issues with payment on the day of purchase, but they patiently waited for me and went out of their way to help. They were so warm and supportive, answering all my questions in great detail. Every time I came back for adjustments, they remained just as patient and helped me resolve any issues smoothly. Truly a fantastic experience!

I cannot say enough about my experience with Trek Georgetown! Chris, Ward, Ana, Gabriel & Dean were exceptional at every turn of my road bike purchase journey. They take the time to listen to what you’re looking for and the care to present the best (and safest) options. I can’t thank them enough for their patience as I worked my way through the process.
