I took my electric bike in for repairs after getting in a collision, and the staff there was knowledgeable and helpful. They were able to assess and fix the damage on my bike within a few days. I highly highly recommend working with Eliza if you're there! I will definitely be back if I need repairs or brake pad replacements :)

Great store! They saved me yesterday. I was originally coming just to get my brakes tightened up but during yesterday's high winds my bicycle also fell over. The fender became warped and rubbed against the wheel and it became totally unrideable. I tried myself to bend it back but it didn't work. I brought it to the shop and since they couldn't do the brake work for another week they just fixed the warped fender right there and then so I could keep using it until I could bring it back to get...

We got a used e-bike recently, and needed to do some minor repairs. Fortunately we met the Conte folk at a bike festival, and they were super helpful. The few times we've been to their store for maintenance folks have been helpful and knowledgeable.

David and team have been great to work with. I service my city bike and mountain bike with this Conte’s and it’s nice to have one place that knows how to repair both types of bikes. They always explain options and are timely with repairs and service.
