Noah and the Gearin' Up Bicycles Team are phenomenal. I brought in each of my 3 bikes this month - a commuter, endurance/roadbike, and mountain bike, and they did a fantastic job with each. Beyond being excellent mechanics, their customer service is superb. I’m actually blown away. I was having trouble with my bike, brakes, front and back and they help me. My partner actually took the bike in for me but when I road it this morning I was so so happy they even did other adjustments thank you so much forever my bike place . Love Chef Yoli

Such great service from Sky and Ivan. They provide mechanical help along with basic bicycle advice. I feel very comfortable with working with my vintage bike after buying it from them.

Fast, friendly, and very affordable! Was having shifting issues and bike couldn't get into top gear. Brought it in on a busy Saturday afternoon, and they had it fixed within a few hours. Good as new, and extremely affordable. Will be back for future bike fixes!

The customer service is nonexistent if you are ( anything that isn’t in their preferences of customers -I.e. white) and simply trying to buy parts for your bike. They prioritize other customers before you and will act like they’re super sensitive to the smallest things, such as asking for air for a tire. I wouldn’t shop here again.
