I already knew I wanted this bike, so I went straight for it. The team at Upshift Cycles was incredibly helpful and made the whole experience smooth and easy. They assisted me with everything I needed, including helping me choose and install the basket, and made sure everything was set perfectly before I left. Great customer service, friendly staff, and an overall excellent buying experience. I’m very happy with my bike and would definitely recommend Upshift Cycles.

I ordered a bike for pickup via Specialized without having worked with this shop before. When the bike arrived with small cosmetic defects, Upshift made it right and more! They were more than transparent, helpful and communicative throughout the entire process. Great people as well!

I didn't buy a bike there but liked their sales person Kyle. He was friendly and helpful though he might have been slightly high? Not sure obviously. Explained a lot about the bikes. They don't have the usual Cannondale, Cervelo etc but Specialized and Bianchi road bikes. Not as many options as say Mikes bike or a few others. Mom and pop store.
