These people are super nice. They actually care about you and your bike needs. Its been a long time since ive experienced good old customer service especially at their level. I took my bike in for repairs and they were exceptionally nice and professional. Needless to say, they will be the only bike shop I will go to. Thank you guys for being so wonderful to your customers.

Update 4/2/25: My pedal unscrewed and destroyed the Crank Arm threads. Unfortunately, the part was out of stock at Aventon, but the Customer Service guy was very helpful and taught me that this is a generic part and my local bike shop (Hyland Family Bicycles) should have it and the puller.
