​I brought my bike in for a tire fix, plus a seat and pedal replacement. I specifically paid for professional labor to ensure everything was handled correctly, but the quality of work was unacceptable. Joseph was such a chill guy, very approachable, knowledgeable, and helpful. Did a quick bike fit with him and some adjustments and made the bike feel more comfortable. With the fit, I needed a smaller stem which Joseph helped order. The stem arrived and Blake was able to put in the new smaller stem and the bike rides much better. Thanks guys!

Summit Bicycles are awesome. They have great customer service and are very friendly. Dalton has been taking of my Trek Madone Slr 7 since 2022 when I got it and has always kept me safe out there. His work on my brakes, tires, and chain up keep is superb. I don't trust any other bike shop with my bike and will continue to get my bike maintenance done here. Thanks guys!

I found this store as I wanted to upgrade my current rode bike. The Store Associate Mykal was great. I told him i was looking for comfort because my current bike was bought second hand off a co-worker of mine. He did an awesome job of finding the correct sized bike and properly fitting me for it. Store associates are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Essential bicycle parts are readily available at reasonable prices. When I purchased bike pedals with the wrong size spindle, the associate readily exchanged them for the correct pair.
