I want to like this shop. Longtime REI member and the people and staff are nice and knowledgeable. However, I purchased a new bike for my wife that was supposedly set up properly, but there are sooo many safety issues and corners cut with this setup. It was obvious someone very new did the work and I thankfully noticed when she came home with it. Shame on REI not checking bikes before they get sold, people can die with unsafe cabling.

Bike analysis and the tune up was mediocre. And the price was little expensive than expected. Staff was friendly enough to accommodate me without the appt though.

Placed order over the web and picked it up at the store. They provided great customer's service.

Really helpful staff. Gave me proper advice about my new bike’s accessories, instead of pushing me in buying unnecessary stuff.
