I was having issues with the brakes on my e-bike so I brought it to RIDE Cyclery. They went over parts and and labor, and answered any questions I had. They quoted me a fair price and gave me a turnaround time of 24 hours. Sure enough less than 24 hours later they contacted me and let me know my e-bike was ready for pickup! I WRECKED. 😅😅 I was joy-racing my boyfriend down 78 on the back side of Julian towards Anza-Borrego and didn’t feather my brakes enough. Locked out, banged down, bounced to the other side of the bike and slid. The left drop took a lot of the impact and was completely bent. So did my wheel.
