Josh completely hooked me up! I brought in a competitor's e-bike that I just purchased. It said no assembly required which is not true. Josh at the Magnum store did an awesome job replacing the brake pad on my Pathfinder bike. I have the old style brake pads which Josh didn't have in stock at the store. So he called Charlie's Ebike up the street and confirmed they had the pad I needed. Josh biked up to get the brake pad so I only had to pay wholesale pricing. I really appreciated Josh's quick thinking outside the box to get my bike back on the road as fast as possible. 5 stars!

I had such a great experience with Jayden at Magnum Electric Bikes in Encinitas. He went above and beyond, helping with both of my teen boys’ bikes and getting them repaired quickly. He was super responsive and helpful throughout the process. Even with just a couple visits, I’m really impressed with the service and how friendly and knowledgeable Jayden is. This shop is a gem!

Super easy, affordable, friendly, and convenient. Josh helped me out, was very kind and helpful in setting up the bike for me to ride. There were two versions of e bikes to choose from, my ride was 1hr for $25. It's a really nice clean e bike that has a great battery life and efficiency. You'll typically go 15 mph but if ur pedaling fast and using the level 3-4 then it'll go 18-19 mph. I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to here - This place has the best Customer Service I have seen in years. We drove over an hour and a half to take a look at a couple of their factory reconditioned Magnum e-bikes. The bike rack we brought would not work with the e-bikes, so Josh offered us his personal bike carrier to use to take our new bikes home rather than stuffing them in the back of our SUV.
