I had my bike repaired here and my goodness! When I say the customer service was above and beyond considerate and helpful, I really mean it. They anticipated needs, explained carefully, and were generously helpful. They were competitively priced (color me shocked in this part of the world) and had the very best version of a neighborhood feel. This is the place to go, no snobbery, just professionalism and enthusiasm for their craft!

The best bike shop in the area. We took our bikes in for service on short notice, they were accommodating, friendly, they did great work and they were really affordable. The shop is locally owned and operated, the owner and other front of the house staff were super sweet. The guys working the back are the perfect blend of laid back and hard working. Everyone is clearly passionate about their work and rightfully proud of their shop. I wish I could give them six stars.

My wife brought her electric bike to Sole to fix the hydraulic brakes and was incredibly impressed with Matt and the team. She even called me afterward to say how great the experience was.
