Can't say enough good things about Tim and The Cargo Bike Shop. I showed up today to have my road bike tires switched out for studded tires for the rest of winter. Tim was able to do the switch out in the same day and will even store my tires for the rest of the season until I'm ready to switch them back in the Spring. He answered all my questions and made me feel incredibly comfortable. Pricing felt appropriate and the quality of the work is great. Can't recommend enough!

Supporting local businesses is important to me. I am sad to report that I have had a very frustrating experience with Cargo bikes, and will not recommend it for repairs. My electric bike was there for two months. Initially the problem with it was misdiagnosed. About six weeks into the process a different diagnosis was offered, and a suggestion to order the broken part. Two weeks later, nothing has been ordered. I have two electric cargo bikes and this is the only place I have them serviced. The staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They always let you know exactly what repairs you need as well as options so you can make the best decisions for your situation. I purchased studded tires for winter riding from them, and they store my regular tires for me, which is super handy!
