So let me tell you!! I m local I live right down from lennys bike shop. It's a bike shop we'll no!! I pushed my ebike from passagrille. Flat tire. About 2 1/2 hours. Came in all sweaty asked if you can please fix my flat tire. They asked if I bought it there I said no. Then they said can't do it. Only if you bought it here. 5 00 pm. March 6th

I bought (2) E-Bikes from C.L. about 5 years ago. All was fine and we were very happy. Even referred a few people to them who also bought bikes from C.L. We were headed across the country, the bikes needed some repair & service, and we decided to detour to Madison, Wisconsin & have C.L. do the work. I had a positive experience with the sales department here when I bought my e-bike 2.5 years ago, especially since they’re along a bike path that makes doing test rides really nice. However, the service department is a disaster. They send you emails saying no need for an appointment for a tune-up, just bring your bike in for first-come, first-served service When you get there, they tell you it’s 7-10 days no matter the issue. John was awesome, after several days of texts he put together a two bike package that checked all of our boxes and saved us a TON of money vs retail. We’re are looking to purchase a third bike for our son. Super fast shipping and went above and beyond to make sure the bikes were perfect when they arrived. We took the bikes out on trails this weekend and electric is a GAME CHANGER.
