Loved my experience here and would 100% recommend to anyone in the market for anything bicycle related. Special shout out to Ren for helping me find my first new bike in probably 25 years! From start to finish Machinery Row Bicycles was wonderful to work with. I Came from out of state to watch granddaughter run marathon. Michael reserved my bike over the phone and assured me I could pick up the day before. At time of pickup he thoroughly went through adjusting bike and even got another bike out that fit me better. I got info on routes, even bus routes in case I needed to take with my bike. the shop/store is clean and staff wonderful. Good selection of bikes. Good location...

Purchased a new bike spring 2025. Brought it in twice after fewer than 200 mi because the front brake was rubbing. Told that they could not fix it. Only solution was to buy a new front brake. The whole team was incredibly helpful. I came in knowing what I wanted to do with my biking goals, but no idea how to accomplish them.
