GO HERE!!! I would give Agee’s on Cary 1,000,000 out of 10 stars if I could. The manager and employees are genuinely so kind and caring, they take the time to answer any and all questions you may have (and don’t make you feel stupid if you’re new to biking!). I’ve never had a bad experience here, and have always felt welcome. I dropped off my bike for service and was blown away by how quickly and thoroughly my ride was taken care of. To take it there, their prices are excellent! I’ve gotten ...

I bought my dream bike from Steven and staff about three months ago and have kind of been a regular since (tune-ups, accessories, advice). The staff are very patient, knowledgeable, and eager to get you what you need so you can get out and enjoy your ride. Thank you Cary Street Agee's!

Steven is very nice and helpful! I found this place a few months ago when I was scouring the peninsula for a new mountain bike. I found a great Haro bike here but I couldn't fit it in my car. He held the bike for me in the back, and when I finally made my way back to Richmond a few months later, the bike was still there! And it was on sale! I had a good experience here and I would recommend it to anyone else looking for a good new bike.

He tuned up both bikes for free (pumped tires + greased chain) and gave me some good info on for purchasing a future bike. He also custom-installed a part that I needed for storage on the back of my bike in ONE HOUR. He said it could be a few days, but was finished within an hour of dropping off. Safe to say I now have a new “...

Service work for some reason was just pathetic. I’m switching a Trek road bike to a flat handlebar and thought that a Trek dealer would be the place to go. The switch meant new brake and shift levers, which they installed backwards. Also, brakes were not even close to being adjusted correctly and miscellaneous screws were either way too tight or way too loose. And a cable guide was missing. I took it back and they installed a cable guide and adjusted the cables. The cable guide is a little of...
