Excellent service, attention to detail, quick turnaround. 10/10 I brought my bike in for a flat tire and the owner quickly noticed a couple other things that I hadn't even mentioned but wanted to take care of. I got my bike back in less than 24 hours and I couldn't stop smiling as I biked away, felt like a new bike. I'll be back

I had recently assembled a new bike but lost a single bolt/nut needed, I took it to a shop and they said they couldnt do the work for less than 50 bucks I took it to lucky's and Klauss was kind enough to help me out Highly recommend, thank you for your work and being a kind/good neighbor!

Excellent repair and adjustment at a very reasonable price. And quick turnaround (made an appointment, dropped bike off in the morning and it was ready that afternoon.) I bought my bicycle from one of the larger shops on Cary St and after multiple visits it still didn't shift smoothly. One quick trip here and it shifts as it should. 100% recommended!

Dropped off my bike as a walk in and they provided a timetable to when they'd get to it - they were accurate. They provided several options for repair from lower to higher cost. I choose the option they recommended and am satisfied with the results. The pricing was fair and the service was quick. I'll continue to frequent this shop for tune-ups and potential bike purchases.
