ABSOLUTELY A SUPER STORE, 7 STARS. I originally came to this store in September. I got helped by Tom, the older gentlemen with 20 plus years experience. Tom brought outside 3 different bikes for me to ride and try. These bikes were some of the best quality bikes they sell. I took turns riding the bikes to understand which style bike I liked most. Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. I called Carytown Bicycle, looking for a specific bike the Specialized website said they had in stock. I spoke to someone who verified the bike and the price. I told him I was traveling an hour to test drive it and he said come on in. When I got there the bike wasn't there. The person there, Max, told me it was the manager I had spoken to. This is a great bike shop with a core passion for cycling. The staff are wonderful people, informed, and genuinely love bikes, making the shopping experience truly helpful and positive.
