Jose has serviced my 2016 Fox X2 shock twice. Each time he has delivered an exceptional product. With the most recent rebuild, he had replaced the factory polyurethane seals with upgraded ones to keep the air from the air spring from getting into the damper oil (which is a common problem with these shocks). He also used slightly lower viscosity oil in the damper, which resulted in making this shock react much faster to terrain, and has unlocked a lot more of its potential. It's clear that he'...

I sent Jose a Fox RP23 that was what he described as the worst he has seen. He took the time to give me multiple options for replacing my antiquated shock for my 1997 Y22. While he was unable to rebuild it he worked with me on the labor for disassembly and did try to find parts for it. I fortunately was able to find a similar size shock and he got to keep my shock as donor parts and sent back my bushings. I would highly recommend Jose.
