I took my scooter in for a tune up i was charged 248.00 had to take it back several times because it wouldn't start.so he fixed the start button at no charge. I dropped off a 140cc Kawasaki dirt bike wheel and tire to get the inner tube replaced on a Monday. I was told it would be ready for pickup that coming Wednesday. Come Wednesday nothing. I go Friday afternoon to pick up and I am told they were having lots of trouble with it and it’s not ready. Told me it would be ready for pick up the next day, Saturday at 1pm. Took my sons dirt bike to get gas tank fixed. Charged 300 dollars and all he did was glue a gas cap that came undone when opening the gas tank. The man lied and said he had found a used one and replaced the tank. Worse service ever. When I called him later that day he said I opened the gas tank too hard and broke it then he hung up on me. Does not even deserve one star

Cheap quality wish I had known what I know now. I havent had the 2 I bought for a week yet and already having problems with one of them. They guy blames the customer for everything that is wrong with the brand new atv. This guy got one more time to accuse me of something I didnt do.

Took in my sidexside that another shop failed to repair. The Scooter Outlet replaced my top end, including cylinder and head. It runs great and we are able to utilize it again. I highly recommend them.
