This was the worst customer experience I have ever had, if I could give them 0 stars I would. I will start off by saying look thoroughly at their negative reviews, they may be old but I believe many of those issues are still prevalent today. Just picked up my 2015 softail with new thick spoke rims and tires plus 3 hole oil change . Great job and price ! Always a good job and exactly as promised. I highly recommend RGS for anyone needing affordable and accurate work done 😎

This is the best shop in El Paso, I would not take my bike anywhere else. From repairs to complete custom builds, from charity fund raisers, bike nights, and multiple yearly bike events, RGS does it all for the motorcycle community. Was having some electrical issues With my bike Not getting spark to plugs They were able to pin point which wire had the fault and replaced it had them upgrade my coil pack and points as well as get my new S&S Super E carb rejetted & tuned for a quick easy daily riding I’ve had bad experiences in the past with other shops but these guys here at RGS are in top of there Customer service and quality of work and at great prices compare to most places. RGS Performance is top-notch! Adam and the team went above and beyond. I brought my Street Glide in to have baffles installed and get some much needed maintenance on the clutch and brake systems. They fit me in before a work trip, treated me like an old friend, and had the bike running smoother than ever. Fair prices, great communication, and excellent results. I’ll definitely be back!
