I had a very good experience purchasing a Trek Roscoe 8 from Trek Bicycle Franklin. From the moment I walked in, I was helped quickly and guided through the process without any pressure. Ordering exactly what I wanted was simple, and the bike came in and was built right on schedule. Russ was my salesperson, and he made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable with solid customer service from start to finish. Overall, a straightforward and reliable place to buy a bike.

Upgraded my old Trek DS 8.4. Switched the triple to a double crankset, new shifters, derailleurs, brakes/levers and grips. The guys did a great job and I’ve given it the full test in Hickman County - rides like a dream! Had my shock upgrade the year before. Thanks for the great work!

Store manager Maggie and staff are the best!! We shopped several bicycle shops and were sold on Trek for my older son and me. Electra Townie for my wife. We also bought a Burley Dash child seat for the Townie rear rack which works great for our younger son who is close to learning how to ride.
