MOAB Bicycle Shop

I really appreciate that the staff usually lets you browse the inventory at your own pace without hovering. The shop has a cozy, welcoming vibe—made even better by the beautiful Irish Setter who’s often hanging around. Great experience. Was greeted as the door was opened for business, I wish I remembered the guy I dealt with name (from CA). I was about to spend way to much, but the guy I dealt with kept me grounded and educated. We ended up buying my ever growing 10year old a super nice Specialized that he personally setup for him. My son absolute loves his new bike. Great experience, awesome shop to browse.

Bought some bikes and a bike rack at the Franklin location and have had the best experience. They had to make some modifications to the bike rack to fit our trailer hitch, and they completed it quickly and it’s perfect. They’ve even done some minor repairs on my daughter’s bike because she’s been a little rough on it as a new 2-wheel rider. Michael and Mark were kind and easy to work with, and we are so happy with our new bikes!

Truly an asset to our county. Every employee has always been so kind and helpful. We are helped quickly and the price is always so reasonable. We have no need to ever visit any other bike shop for purchases or repairs.

These guys were awesome to work with! Had me test drive a bike different than what I came in for and it was perfect! Ordered the bike in my size and the color I wanted, got in in quick! Definitely recommend!
