Great customer service. I have been looking for a while for an e-bike, but with all the options out there, I couldn’t decide which way to go. Franklin Bicycle Company took their time to walk me through the options and pros and cons of different models, and I ended up feeling comfortable with my purchase. I would recommend them to anyone in the market.

If you’re a local and looking to buy a bike take your business else where. They have bikes for sale but no interest in selling them. People disrespectful and just want hourly pay since they “don’t make commission off the bikes” they could care less about you buying one. Guy at the front got an attitude for no reason (probably was having a bad day). If you want to buy a bike go anywhere else and don’t even waste your time stepping in Franklin bicycle company’s doors 🤣

If you are looking for a local bike shop to do business with who provide great service and support, are prompt with communication and are nice people, I highly recommend you visit Franklin Bike Shop. I bought an Aima Big Sur Sport and Hollywood Racks “Destination E” bike rack from David and the entire experience was awesome. I traveled for over an hour to the sole Nukeproof dealer in the area in hopes of finding a Scout 290. Upon my arrival, I discovered that the bike was only partially assembled. However, David and his team went above and beyond to complete the assembly process for me. Recently purchased 2 Aventon Pace 4 bicycles, one for my wife and one for myself, from Franklin Bicycle Company in Franklin Tennessee. The help we received from Dave and the rest of the crew was exceptional. The bicycles were assembled and delivered ahead of schedule without a problem and all of our questions on operation were clearly answered. I would highly recommend them for any of you bicycling needs.
