Almost all Trek stores I have been to have an amazing staff with great customer service but this location even tops that. The store is bigger than most local Trek stores I have been to in the Philly suburbs and the floor plan is really well laid out. Can find pretty much all the Trek Accessories here. Had a rush on a fatbike that had been hung up wet a year prior and needed some love the day before a much anticipated snowstorm. Pete hooked me up. Much appreciated! Now I just have to get accustomed to letting go of my clenching anxiety every time I apply the brakes expecting a squeal that would make every dog bark within a 3 mile radius ;)

Could not recommend this facility and Brittany enough. She was patient, kind, and SUPER knowledgeable with helping me from start to finish with finding a bike. Hala helped me upgrade from my AL 2 to the SL 6 and made the whole process smooth and easy. She explained the differences clearly and showed great product knowledge. Britney, the store manager, made me feel confident about leaving my old bike with them to transfer everything over. Excellent customer service and a very professional, knowledgeable team!
