Mike was the most helpful person when it came to me running into issues with my ebike tire and fixing the leak. Helped me source the parts, installed them and lectured me on future endeavors along with charging me a fair price for service. I will definitely be back for bike help because he’s a more more helpful than ANY other bike shop I’ve wasted my gas driving to in the area. The bike shops in surrounding areas were ZERO help to me.

I stopped by Bustleton Bikes at the last minute needing help with a rim tape, and the service was outstanding. The staff member was incredibly friendly and took the time to help me right away, even finding a quick solution so I could get back on the road. I really appreciated the genuine kindness and professionalism — you can tell they truly care about helping customers, not just making a sale. Highly recommend this shop for their great customer service and knowledgeable staff!

I brought my two Rad City bikes into Bustleton Bikes for a tune up and I appreciate and value how I was treated as a customer. Mike informed me about the Rad Battery pending recall but it looks like my battery model is ok. The bikes look great and I can’t wait for the weather to warm up. I will be back and will recommend this shop to my friends.

Love this place..like a speakeasy bike shop, .beyond great customer service...went in for minor tire fix, only my 2nd time there, and treated as a valued regular. For the novice cyclist out of necessity like me, to the lifestyle rider I highly recommend. I will be a lifelong customer thank you again

Great place. They assembled three bikes that I bought. Every time very fast. Recently I brought my bike for a repair. They also fixed it in just one day, during the weekend! Like really, what? Hands down the greatest bike place you can find. It’s local, prices are low, staff is awesome. If I could I would put 10 stars!
