Firth & Wilson Transport Cycles

I came in to get my brakes repaired on my ebike. Amazing and fast service, and good prices. They also tightened my loose handlebars as a courtesy. I'm glad I came out of my way to take my bike to this shop - and I would return if I ever had any other issues!

I don't think I can say really how much I think that this is THE BEST BIKE SHOP AROUND! I discovered them when I moved to NoLibs 8 years ago, and was always able to take my bike in to get whatever I needed. One thing mechanics never do to one another is ask for a rush on service work. Well, I did because I needed my bike safe for Cranksgiving and didn’t have time. Not only did they turn around the work quickly and correctly, but they made sure to check the little things for me. Surprise and delight! Thanks y’all for keeping my colored zip ties, tightening my dual kickstand, and capping my derailleur cable. Extra little touches, polished, and professional.
