Bell's Bike Shop

I ordered two tires from Bell’s through Walmart and the ad clearly said, and pictured, “pack of two” tires but I only received one. Bell’s took 5 days (supposed to be 48 hours) to respond and then, only after I prompted Walmart. The response was “we’re sorry to hear about YOUR problem” and then blamed it on another vendor. They then offered a lame 20% discount on another tire. No, Bell and Walmart, this is YOUR problem. You need to honor the ad to me and then fix it.

Ordered a sturmey archer tss30 shift knob through their eBay store. Order got cancelled stating that I wanted a refund, which I never did. I called the store, and pretty much was told that they cancelled it because there was a pricing error on their part. All I got was an apology and was offered no discount for the inconvenience. Well never buy from their store again.

Ordered off eBay. Package had same tracking for 5 days (no update). Called, asked what’s up. Heather said it might be lost. Get a txt next day, saying they filed lost mail claim. Called 3 days later , no update … heather promises if package not found, new one will go out in 2 days. I call 2 days later, heather magically forgets what he/she said & says now they can ship in 4 more days. Packages was days late, missing & heather expected me to sit n hold hands w her while we wait for the package...

Steve and this shop has been such a great member of this community since we moved to Philly two years ago. We came in wanting to buy one cargo ebike and over the course of two years have not only bought two of them but also he and Brian volunteered to move the bike rack at our daycare to a place on site that was better suited to fitting more bikes! Bought a several model year old (2021, purchased in April 2024) bike. Advertised as silver, but frame that came was black.
