A very patient and responsible shop holder. My e-bike wasn’t purchased from this shop, but when the brakes had some issues, I became very worried because I usually ride with my 5-year-old son. So I went to the shop to ask if they could help me. The owner was very kind and warmly helped me solve the problem. I’m truly grateful.

Hands down this is one of the best bike shops if not the best bike shop in the area ! Would've liked to experience what all the other glowing reviews say, but can't seem to catch them when they're actually open. You can't trust the hours posted. I've tried to call ahead and text to make sure they're open when they say they are but no response to calls or text. Went with my bike today, Saturday around 12pm and shop wasn't open. Fantastic experience! Very knowledgeable and friendly. I went in to purchase new pedals, and they were swapped out with my existing pedals in less than 5 minutes. Reasonable prices too. Best bike shop in Philly hands down.
