Quality service by an absolute PRO. I initially brought my bike in for a popped rear tube, but after taking a look and showing me some issues - the owner convinced me i would need to get a new rear casette and have my derailleur cables re-run. Offered a full tune up on top of the tire and tube as well. He also told me he'd likely be able to do the full package by the same time the following day, which all sounded great. Sure enough, i get a call not even 24 hours later that he was finishing ...

I had such a terrific experience here! The shop attendant gave me honest, upfront advice, and adjusted and repaired what he could free-of-charge. Thanks to his generosity, I had a more comfortable and safe ride home, and learned a lot about my bicycle -- all without the pressure to purchase services. I live in Fairmount but would travel down here again to support the store. Thank you for your help!

I had a great experience getting my bike fixed here. I brought in my old, broken bike for a tune-up last week, knowing that it was going to need a lot of work. He was up for the challenge and walked me through each area of my bike that he was going to look into. He always made sure to ask if I wanted something fixed now, or if I'd rather hold off if it didn't seem critical to spend the money at that time. He was very diligent about calling when the repair was going to take longer than expecte...

Greg was incredible. My bike had been on the verge of breaking down at every possible point (chain, seat, wheels, even my bike lock holder was dangling). He called me and offered to fix it all up at a super reasonable cost and had it riding better than when I first bought it. Was so nice at every step of the way. Couldn’t have been more happy with the service!!!
