There’s a joke (even a play!) about bike shop employees being… less than welcoming. Not at Keystone Bikes. These folks break the stereotype completely. They are genuinely kind, helpful, and respectful, no matter your experience level or whether you fit the typical “cyclist” mold. I’m so glad I bought my new e-bike from them. The whole experience was smooth, no pressure, and actually enjoyable. I recommend Keystone without reservation. Great people, great shop.

Keystone is fantastic bike shop. I take both of my bikes there and this year decided to do a rolling build project on my commuter bike. The Keystone crew worked patiently with me as my bike was my ride to work so downtime wasn’t going to be tolerated. One of the best shops in Philly. The team at Keystone is second to none with the quality of work they accomplish at extremely affordable pricing. They do not push or pedal unnecessary items or services and are always willing to get you back on the road or trail as quickly as possible. Doesn’t hurt that they are also some of the nicest people to chat with.
