Rented a Jamis Ventura for 24 hrs and it went great. I picked it up at 5:30 p.m. and dropped it off at 5:30 p.m. the next day. The bike was well tuned and ready to ride. The staff were helpful and friendly, and they provided a helmet in good shape and a bike lock. I rented a phone holder for $5. All things considered, it was a good value, and Philadelphia was a great place to ride. I would definitely rent from them again.

I went to Fairmount Bicycles with a group of friends to rent out bikes to ride for a few hours. The staff there were nice. And the bike was good quality - comfortable seat, smooth ride. And the price was reasonably good considering how long I was able to rent the bike out for.

I dropped my bike off for a tune up (in October) expecting to wait a couple of days, but it ended up being ready within hours! I’ve never had a bike serviced before, so this was all new to me. The people I spoke with were super friendly and helpful in explaining what the service includes, and the pricing seemed very fair. I’ll definitely be back!

Great service. Bike was in good condition. Staff gave me great directions on where to explore. Highly recommend them for a bike rental.

Great hire MTBs (newish Marin). Great service. And great riding on the Schuylkill River Trail to Valley Forge!
