Worth walking across the river! I kept getting flats on work trips — probably my fault for relying on cheap tires. So I asked Cadence to put on their most puncture-resistant tires, and they happened to have a used pair from an elderly rider who didn't like their ride comfort. I would NEVER come here again. Went in today to buy a bike and stated that I had no budget and supposedly Zack(I asked for his name)(long hair)gave me an extremely hard time not trying to answer my general questions. I told him I’d wait to talk to the repair guy and still wouldn’t let it go. The repair guy said his name was Steve(white SnapBack) and looks like he’s under the gun but a good guy.

Definitely my favorite bikes shop in Philly. I've found everything I've needed and more cause the team is so nice and helpful. If you go, look for Taylor (the cherry on the cake at Cadence LOL) great personality. Also I'm super happy with the bike and all the rest of things I've got there. 🚲😎

I recently moved to Philly and was looking to get a bike for riding in the city. I came into Cadence not know anything about bikes and was met with enthusiasm and an eagerness to help. The team walked me through the basics and helped me get an awesome bike that I ride about 5 or 6 days a week. They didn’t pressure me into buying anything and were simply there to help. Absolutely would recommend.

An absolutely lovely bike shop—both this location and the one in Manayunk. I’m getting a new bike, and Brady has been so helpful with the bike fitting process. I got the Retül bike fit and now feel very confident about the bike I’m planning on buying!!
