Jason was extremely knowledgeable, understanding of our needs and patiently and clearly answered all our questions. He even took my wife and I out on the street and showed us how to operate the bikes. Charles, the owner was very helpful too and made us a great deal on the bikes that my wife and I eventually bought. No hesitation buying here.
