Overpriced repairs, minimum of 2 month wait for even the smallest of repairs and take it or leave it attitude by the owner. He is the only one around in South Windsor, knows it and therefore abuses his position. Stay away from this place if you have a children’s bike or a simple fix - I’m sure you’ll get cheaper and a better attitude elsewhere.

Phenomenal service here! They were easy to talk to, up front about everything and didn't try to up-sell me at every turn. Super professional and knowledgeable. I love small businesses like this, they are a treasure that should be supported, I would recommend this place in a heart beat!

Walked in unannounced needing a 50 cent screw, well maybe $5 today!! They did not have the exact screw and the courteous gentleman made one for me with a hacksaw and a grinder. When asked to please add his labour to the bill he quickly replied "no charge". When I insisted on payment he refused again. Great service, great business and great bikes. I will be back.

They do quality work but it will take half a year for them to actually work on it. You'll be constantly calling to see if they worked on your bicycle for them to give you a million excuses why they haven't worked on it. Wont knock off any money for taking so long as well and they charge steep. Go somewhere else for bike repairs.
