Five stars is not enough! I take all my bicycles to Ben. In the past 6 years Ben had been the only person modifying and maintaining my bicycles. I ride about 5k a year between few bikes and that is all due to help of Ben and his extreme knowledge. Very honest people and nice people to deal with. Ben and Thad are a great team!

Had a great experience at City Cyclery! They were incredibly helpful, made accommodations to work on my bike on a busy Saturday, offered me freshly brewed coffee while I waited for my bike. 5 stars isn’t enough for how friendly and talented the staff are. Quality of work is impeccable. Picture is my bike and the owner proudly working on my bike. Well done! 👍🏻

This place is awesome- hands down best place be for your bike repair- Friendly, affordable and a great vibe - Recommend to anyone with any level of bike needs or maintenance. - (I had an E Bike issue) and although it was not a high end bike - i was treated like i was a friend- - drop in - you won't be disappointed

10/10 service!! Brought my Norco in for a drivetrain swap and they had it done in 40 minutes! Even gave it a clean!!! Everybody is super polite and they showed me a few things too. Asked them if they could weigh it for me and they did! The pricing for a drivetrain swap was more than fair too, definitely the best shop I’ve ever been to. Highly recommended!

I try and fix my own bikes as much as possible, but when I hit a wall with repair, the bikes go to City Cyclery. Great team working there helping me keep my 1979 Fuji and 1979 Raleigh rolling
