Karen helped my husband and me get fully outfitted with skidooing gear for the season, and she was fantastic! She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made the whole process easy and enjoyable. We were in this past Thursday for a pretty basic purchase and my wife and I felt strongly enough about the positive experience that we decided to add this review.
