Great service, staff are very knowledgeable, very helpful. There's no pressure to buy and they genuinely want to make sure that if you do buy an eBike that it's the right one for your needs. I would recommend this business to anyone who is considering getting into the world of eBikes!!

Alex and his team at House of Bikes in Ottawa are simply amazing and extremely helpful. I completed extensive research on ebikes and narrowed it down to the Aventon Aventure 2. Definitely the best value for the money. I have put this bike through some pretty tough terrain over the past couple of weeks and it performed flawlessly. Love this bike so much I bought one for my wife and referred a buddy to Alex who also picked one up. Great product combined with great customer service!

Loved dealing with The House of Bikes for the purchase of our very first electric bikes, and fat tires to boot! They were so patient with our thousands of questions and truly accommodating when it came to doing test runs with the bikes.
