Best bike shop I’ve ever been too. Independently owned, local and they’re all experts. They’ve got a great repair shop in the back and are so helpful. Nice range of bikes and they give great advice on what kind of bike you might need for your level. There’s often a tent out front in the summer (May-Sep) where you can get quick repairs done without booking a full bike tune up. Highly recommend!!

I am disabled and brought my E-Trike there by chance. Both my brakes are controlled from the right hand brake and I was having issues with the brakes occasionally failing and a letting out a terrible screeching sound. I also needed my safety flag secured properly on my basket as well as places(loopholes) on my basket for the bungee cord to hook into. The mechanic, Scottie, did an amazing job with that (see photo) The mechanic, Serge, who greeted me took interest with these issues i was having...

Stumbled upon this shop accidentally as my wife had an appointment next door. The place is quite approachable with a crew that is very well versed and experienced in the cycling field. Prices aren't horrible and selection is fantastic. After a quick visit and a quick lookaround, I will definitely be shopping here for my bike needs going forward! Ken and his team definitely know how to run a good business!

To be honest I was hesitant to go there to fix my MTB, the guys there told me they will try to fix it, they already tried but it didn’t work and they advised to replace the brakes with a new one. It worked for me as the parts and labor cost were reasonable $100. They professional and friendly, the place is a little busy, and you can find what you need for your bike.

My bike was skipping in my two favourite gears. I called Cycle Power, and they advised stopping by on Saturday when they have a drop-in clinic. Sure enough, I pulled up outside the store, and there was a canopy set up and several helpful people waiting to assist. I think I was in and out in under 15 minutes with a new cassette and a smooth ride. The staff were friendly, attentive, and funny. It was a very pleasant experience with a great outcome. Thanks!
