Rebec and Kroes Cycle and Sport

Over the years, we've bought five bikes from Rebec and Kroes and received excellent service all these years. Imad, Brian and the team are always helpful and take the time to guide you through the options. I am very happy with the Checkpoint I purchased this year. I've already enjoyed 4,500 km of adventure on this bike.

About a year ago, we bought two bicycles from this store and we’re very happy with them. It was a good shopping experience, but I wish they had offered free delivery at the time, since we didn’t have a car and it was difficult to transport them. The discount offers were also quite limited—only about 15% on accessories.

I wanted to express my positive experience at Rebec and Kroes Cycle and Sport. The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent service, making my visit very pleasant. I was particularly impressed with the wide selection of cycling clothing available, and it was clear they have a well-organized and efficient inventory system, which made finding what I needed easy.

Kindness, Professional and Expert Staff! Visited June 2023 I’m not from Ottawa, but had 3 places bike shops to visit this being the first stop. Well I didn’t make it any farther, as I was warmly greeted and felt welcomed. Staff asked the right questions to figure out what I needed/ wanted and at what price point. Well done. Product knowledge was exceptional. I was on market for a new bike helmet due to head injury wanted to lowered the risk to my head. Thank you Rebec and Kroes team 😀

As a newbie to gravel bikes. Brian was able to answer all of my questions and helped me find the perfect gravel bike that fits my needs! Brian and Shane have answered my many questions that I have had via email and take the time to explain and show me everything! Coming from a mountain bike to a gravel bike is quite the change but both Brian and Shane have helped me make it less confusing! I look forward to hitting the trails and roads come spring!
