Just picked up a pair of skis this evening (feb 27), great staff! Thank you at the service desk for helping me with the price adjustment, also thank you (with the curly thing in your hair) for your help with the fitting and suggestion on the ski shack, and Johnathan super informative and friendly. Good advice and had the bindings put on quick.

Experience with staff helping me choose new climbing shoes was good, but a staff member (who said her name is Fritz) was quite rude after so I won't return. I called an Uber while waiting to buy my shoes and was waiting by the door since it's freezing outside and she told me to leave since they're closing (only a couple minutes after 6pm). We went yesterday evening to buy ski gears for my daughter. The customer service was top notch. If I remember correctly the lady who helped Kelsey. She was great. She took all the time to help with the ski helmet and goggles. She was amazing! Thank you Kelsey! Will be our place for any other things we may need!

Jeremy did an excellent job providing advice about equipment selection for cross country skiing. His service stands out in general as he was so knowledgeable and personable; a pleasure to experience that as a customer. He was focussed on customizing my equipment choice to suit the terrain, and supporting my goals. I recommend you seek Jeremy out for cross country, but all the staff are wonderful.
