Took my old bike in that had not been used in awhile, as I was giving it away for use downtown. The general manager put my bike up, took a look through it all, and advised me not to spend anything getting the bike ready. I appreciate that they didn’t take me for a ride and charge me $500 fixing up a bike that isn’t worth $50. When I need a new bike, this is where I am going to go. Gorgeous showroom. Annual free service apparently for a decade when you buy one of their bikes.

I was very specific in my search for a bike, and after looking for a while, I found the Giant FastRoad Advanced 1, which was exactly what I was looking for. Unfortunately, it was sold out everywhere! Had an awesome experience at Giant. Was looking at bikes for myself and for a seat for my son’s bicycle and had no luck getting any help at another bicycle store nearby. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable and when they couldn’t find a seat in my son’s size on the floe, one of the young men working in the back found me a seat they’d taken off another bike from a repair. Highly recommend.
