I was recommended to buy an E Bike from Giant Orleans by my neighbour and I was glad he suggested this store as they were great to deal with. I did not know too much about E Bikes when I walked in, but the Sales Representative, Hunter was fantastic. We talked and based on the type of rides I do he suggested the right bike for me. I’ve had a couple of great experiences here recently. First, I brought my road bike in for a tune-up and had some questions about mountain bikes. Nic took the time to walk me through their lineup, explaining the key differences and what to consider based on the trails I plan to ride. A week later, I returned with an issue with my bike cleat. Hunter quickly found the right screw and fixed it for me—free of charge.

Bought my first giant bike today. I must say the staff was super helpful in helping with my many questions and actually let me me test ride the bike I inquired about. I am super proud of my choice and I am looking forward to going back to the store and to my many new adventures with my new revolt. Thank you so much

We recently had three bikes repaired, tuned, and cleaned; a Giant, a Merin and a Schwinn. All three bikes had some damage and were in storage for several years. Sean and Mike made all the necessary repairs and returned the bikes looking like new. I would highly recommend Dr Cycle to anyone needing repairs or tuneups for their bikes.
