They are always a great source of information, including frequently telling me when my used equipment (purchased elsewhere) is adequate for our needs. Brought my bike in for repairs and received excellent service. I was kept informed on the status of the bike and received very detailed descriptions of the work being done. The pricing was fair and the bike felt brand new when I took it home. Thanks to Tim and the rest of the staff for taking care of me.

My husband and I went in yesterday to buy cross country skis and boots. When we arrived we waited a bit for someone to greet us and there was a sales person standing around and his coworker who was helping someone else had to ask him to go over to us. I ve been racing for a decade now, i am always winning or close too…. Every time… but that is not the point… These guys hire 14-17 year old in their shop, they need to learn, this is fine but if you buy or have racing /high end equipment this is the last place you want to do business with. That shop should sell souvenirs
