Paid extra for a “fully assembled and tested” trike, but what I received was not functional. After weeks of troubleshooting and asking for help, the seller refused to provide the parts needed to fix it. Customer support was dismissive and unhelpful. Be careful before spending money here!!! They don’t stand behind what they sell.

Outraged I received my bike at the 90% assembly. Which means I had to attach the handle bars, the clutch handle, and the turn signal indicator. After the assembly I take the bike out for my first ride and the motor mounting bolts snapped in half. First the lower snapped at the head of the bolt. Then the upper snapped at the threads while taking a video that Belmonte Bikes requested for the warranty process. The bike is brand new and didn’t make it to 50 miles before the first bolt broke. Purchased a Maddog Gen V 50cc. Paid for rush processing and had my bike in under a week. Mark and Tommy were in communication with me through every step of the process. The bike arrived in perfect shape, started right up and runs perfectly. I do think the catalogue page implied the bike would ship with it's MCO included, but it's in the mail and on its way to arrive about a day behind the bike.
