I had a great experience at Pedalinx! Peter was extremely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, made sure I got exactly what I needed, and didn’t try to upsell anything unnecessary. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and knows his stuff. The service was honest, professional, and efficient. I left feeling confident about my bike and really appreciated the attention to detail. Highly recommend Pedalinx if you’re looking for knowledgeable...
I went in to Pedalinx for the first time today looking for a bike for my son. I can't say enough about the customer service provided. The staff were friendly, knowledgable and extremely helpful. We ended up purchasing a bike, it was a great experience. Pedalinx Mississauga is going to be our go-to store moving forward 👍
May 2025 5* Bought my first bike in Canada - Specialized brand. It is gear bike with hydraulic brakes. The place is very nice and has many options if you looking for mid range bikes. They offer different brands but Specialized is the main one. You can get you bike servicing here. Customer service is excellent as staff was very patient and helpful.
Great customer service. I went to get my bike shoes fixed which I did not even buy from their store but they fixed them by cutting the sole and putting new cleats without even charging anything. Such wonderful guys and they even guided me how to use the shoes properly. Really appreciate the knowledge and wisdom they shared. Highly recommended 👌
Friendly and HONEST staff. Fair pricing. I got a a basic tune-up because my mountain bike didn't shift into the top six gears, needed the rear wheel spokes to be true'd and the front brake disc wasn't being clamped evenly on both sides. I made it worse by loosening and then retorquing all of the adjustable bolts I could, then the chain started rubbing. I was about to buy another bike until these guys aligned, tightened and lubricated everything and got my bike working like new for like $70. ...
